The Iteso Kingdom in Uganda has a new flag, the symbolism of which is as follows:
The bull represents the value the Iteso place on their cattle;
The morning star represents the wisdom embedded by the Iteso;
The blue stripe represents all the water bodies within the Teso Region such as Lake Kyoga, the Awoja swamp and Bisina etc.;
The yellow represents sunshine which is the source of energy and the light of life on Earth; and
Green represents the savanna vegetation which covers the region.

The Iteso Kingdom (Obuemorimor bwa Iteso) in Uganda
had a flag which was a horizontal tricolour of yellow over medium
to dark blue over red in the usual format.
The King is called H.M. The Emorimor of Iteso who belongs to the second largest tribe in
Uganda
called the Teso.
